Online Mindfulness class with meditation

Weekly Mindfulness Meditation class, drop ins welcome, suitable for all!

This class is suitable for those who are new to mindfulness and those who are more advanced in their practice.

It is 1 hour in duration and will include some Mindfulness learning and tools you can use day to day. There will be at least 20 minutes of guided Mindfulness meditation.

Each class varies in content, so is ideal for those who want to attend a regular group for ongoing practice together.

There will also be time for reflection and optional discussion.

The class is led by myself, Heather Arnold. I am a qualified mindfulness teacher with the UK college of mindfulness meditation.

The investment in the class is £7 and once you have obtained a ticket to attend online, you will be sent the Zoom link to join the group.
