In your one to one mindfulness coaching session I use a combination of MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) techniques.
After the initial free consultation I will tailor the sessions to suit your own needs. Each session will be personal to you, dependent upon what we discuss in the consultation. You will receive personalised audio recordings to take away.

Initial consultation
The initial consultation is done over the telephone or online and will last about 30 minutes.

Single session
This is the price of one single session and can be booked on a one-off basis. The cost of a this session can be deducted from the 8-week course if the course is booked after this one. Sessions are usually for one hour.
