Mindfulness Meditation

Our group mindfulness classes are suitable for both those completely new to mindfulness or those more advanced in their practice.

Each class includes mindfulness learning and guided meditation. The amount of learning that is in-formal (i.e. not meditation practice) will depend on the type of class so see the class schedule page for more information on the actual class itself.

We have drop-in classes (in person and online) where the content is varied so you can attend as often as you wish, these classes usually last about an hour in duration. There is time for reflection and I hold a safe and supportive space where people can share their experiences if they wish to do so. You can sit on a chair provided or you can bring a mat/cushion if you prefer to sit/lie on the floor.

In-person drop-in group classes:

St. Helens at Park Farm Community Centre on a Thursday evening at 6.30pm.

This class is free of charge but donations are welcome.
