Mindfulness Now course online (MBSR & MBCT)

This class follows the Mindfulness Now programme as a group online over six weeks.

It uses a combination of MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) techniques.

Completing this course has the potential to have a profound beneficial impact on your mental health and physical health.

You will learn mindfulness tools you can use in your daily life and you will learn how to establish your own regular mindfulness practice. We will practice various guided meditations from the MBSR and MBCT programmes.

The class is every Thursday from the 1st April at 10am they are 1.5-2 hours in duration and include some home study.

Dates are 1st April, 8th April, 15th April, 22nd April, 29th April, 6th May.

The investment is £100 per person and it covers the whole of the course. Payment or a deposit is required upfront to secure your place. Payment options are available and reduced rate of £80 for students/concessions/low income.
