Online Night-time meditation for sleep

Night-time Mindfulness Meditation for sleep - weekly class.

Scientific studies have proven that Mindfulness can have a significant improvement in sleep quality.

This class is suitable for those who are new to mindfulness meditation and those who are more advanced in their practice.

It is 45 minutes in duration and will include some mindfulness learning and at least 30 minutes of guided and silent mindfulness meditation. The meditations will encourage relaxation and calm.

There will also be time for reflection and optional discussion.

The class is led by myself, Heather Arnold. I am a qualified mindfulness teacher with the UK college of mindfulness meditation.

The investment in the class is £5 or you can male a block booking of 6 classes for £25.
