Join me for a free live online mindfulness meditation class where I will share the basic practices of Mindfulness.
Give yourself some time to slow down, take a pause and look after your wellbeing.
All you need to bring is yourself and you need to have access to zoom either on the laptop, phone or tablet.
I recommend finding a comfy spot where you won’t be disturbed if possible, either sat on a chair, floor or the bed. At work, home or wherever you may be!
Feel free to join 10 minutes before to make sure zoom is working ok for you and you can get settled.

Please note: Mindfulness is a very safe practice but you should be aware of the following safety information.
If you have ever experienced a serious mental health condition such as psychosis or schizophrenia, or if you have epilepsy, you should consult your doctor before undertaking mindfulness meditation.
If you have asthma, and you use an inhaler, it is a good idea to have this to hand during meditations in case you find you experience any shortness of breath.
