Mindful movement and meditation online

Weekly online mindful movement and meditation class, drop ins welcome, suitable for all!

This class is suitable for those who are new to mindfulness and those who are more advanced in their practice.
It is 1 hour in duration and will include some gentle mindful movement and there will be at least 20 minutes of guided mindfulness meditation.

Mindful movement is a simple practice of engaging in different gentle slow exercises while placing all of your attention (or as much as you can) on the movements of your body as well as your breathing. Engaging in mindful movement can lower stress and anxiety and it’s physical consequences. It can improve your focus and positively impact your mind-body connection.
Each class varies in content, so is ideal for those who want to attend a regular group for ongoing practice together.
There will also be time for reflection and optional discussion.
The class is led by myself, Heather Arnold. I am a qualified mindfulness teacher with the UK college of mindfulness meditation and I have been practicing for more then 7 years.
The investment in the class is £7 and once you have obtained a ticket to attend online, you will be sent the Zoom link to join the group.
