Join me for a special evening celebrting the longest day of the year, the Summer Solstice, with mindfulness meditation, journalling and cacao. We will use cacao to deepen our meditation practice, meditations will be focussed around the summer solstice, an ideal time to be still and check in with where you are. It is time to decide what you truely want to be and what you want to make of the next six months.
Taking inspiration from nature this is the time to grow into all that you can be. Re-align with your goals for the year, decide what you want the second half of the year to bring. Consider how you can enjoy life to the fullest, saying yes to opportunities that summer offers.

This friendly class is suitable for those who are new to mindfulness and those who wish to deepen their practice.
It is 1 and half hours in duration, with time at the end for reflection and optional discussion.
The class is led by myself, Heather Arnold. I am a qualified mindfulness teacher with the UK college of mindfulness meditation.
I teach mainly from the Mindfulness Now programme which uses techniques from MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy). I also incorporate some buddhist meditation and my own experiences. Mindfulness can be used to manage the challenges of everyday life, such as stress, anxiety or anger, and to learn to develop both calm and inner peace.
In addition to the group meditation session, there are regular opportunities for a one to one discussion regarding the development of your individual meditation practice.
The investment in the class is £10. Concessions available please ask.
I look forward to welcoming you to the group.
Love and Light, Heather xx
