Join me for a special evening celebrating the autumn equinox, with mindfulness meditation, journalling, cacao and oracle cards. We will use cacao to deepen our meditation practice, meditations will be focussed around the autumn equinox, an ideal time to slow down and reflect. A time to process what the year has brought you so far, look at what you are most grateful for and what you are ready to shed and let go of.
This autumn equinox marks the beginning of the inner/darker phase of the wheel of the year, as we are called upon to draw our energy inwards to take care of, and nourish ourselves. becoming quiter, still and inwardly present.
