Located in Warrington and St. Helens, North West UK and online, we offer mindfulness, meditation and wellbeing guidance with a qualified mindfulness teacher. We offer group classes, individual coaching and we can support your organisation. Our mindfulness classes and courses use a combination of MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) helping you to find happiness, peace and have a healthier mind-body. We also combine mindfulness with nature and ceremonial cacao for the ultimate well-being experience.

What is Mindfulness Meditation?

Mindfulness is the practice of awareness and living in the present moment, non-judgmentally, that creates a feeling of calm in the mind/body. Regular practice of mindfulness meditation has many benefits for your physical and mental health. You don’t need any props to practice mindfulness meditation. You can sit on a chair or on the floor. All you need is yourself.
